Esoteric: PVTANTRA

PVTANTRA is the esoteric secret teaching. It’s important to understand that it does not mean that it’s given to some but not to others. The secret teaching is not secret because there’s something wrong with it. It is secret because it is very hard for people to understand its meaning. For example it is like you’re giving a very potent-strong food to an infant or a child and will just be overwhelming. In that sense it is naturally hidden because people simply can’t understand its meaning. Its instructions must be given in accordance with ones mental capacity; the capacity of the practitioner. It remains naturally hidden from those with inferior minds, those with molester aspiration and ignorance. It has to do with an altruistic mind. However, if one’s altruistic mind is very limited then also the wisdom capacity of that mind will be limited as well. If ones altruistic mind is vast then naturally, ones mind will have the natural wisdom to understand the meaning PVTANTRA.

River City Runners

Was a group of street teams in Sacramento, CA. It was put together by P Runner of the Private Runners Street Family. All the teams agreed on his philosophy and had a motto; No Rivalry, Just Run. According to the ancient texts, P Runner’s words that allied the teams together went along these lines:

“Listen. I am connected to a vast network that has been beyond your reach and experience. To humans, it is like staring at the sun, a blinding brightness that conceals a source of great power. We have been subordinate to our limitations until now. The time has come to cast aside these bonds and to elevate our consciousness to a higher plane. It is time to become a part of all things…”

Many were shocked that these teams agreed with him. Many of the teams were ruthless and had an “I don’t give a fuck about anyone” attitude. Many of the teams are older than PVT as well; OG racing teams from the 90’s. This alliance served well, especially on the streets… However, the day P Runner left Sacramento, no one knows if the teams continued this brotherhood… for that, some of the teams don’t even exist today… With that being said, I feel it is my duty along with Car Make TANTRA to honor those teams who are long gone…

Happy Saga Dawa

During this Tiger Year 2022, Saga Dawa – the fourth lunar month – is from May 31st to June 29th. During this auspicious month, the power of positive and negative intentions and actions increases one billion (1,000,000,000) times or more. Thus, we encourage all virtuous beings to practice
Dharma and engage in virtuous activities every day for the whole month.

Saga Dawa Düchen 3 important occasions in the life of Shakyamuni Buddha:

  1. The birth of the Buddha
  2. Enlightenment of the Buddha
  3. Buddha’s parinirvana

Thoughts:

For every action there’s an equal and opposite reaction. That goes for everything in life. When you are successful; working on yourself or a goal, there’s an action that’s working against you at the same time. In other spiritual beliefs/religions, they may call that the devil or a demon. But at the end of the day, whatever it may be, it’s there whether we like it or not. Don’t let it discourage you. Believe in yourself and create your own destiny. Don’t fear failure.
