PVTANTRA is the esoteric secret teaching. It’s important to understand that it does not mean that it’s given to some but not to others. The secret teaching is not secret because there’s something wrong with it. It is secret because it is very hard for people to understand its meaning. For example it is like you’re giving a very potent-strong food to an infant or a child and will just be overwhelming. However, if one’s altruistic mind is very limited then also the wisdom capacity of that mind will be limited as well.
